- For a possible county warrant, call the Warrants Clerk at 217-342-8469 or consult the Circuit Clerk and an attorney.
- For a very recent arrest, check VINELink and then call the jail because Effingham County has no public live roster.
- For release or transfer alerts, register through Illinois VINE or call the jail when current status must be confirmed.
- For an Effingham, Altamont, or Teutopolis police report, contact the municipal department that handled the incident.
